Terms & Conditions

• When you reserve a tour on the website you receive a booking number. Your booking is confirmed once your online payment is confirmed by our payment provider, or once our team has confirmed it with you, usually on WhatsApp. We confirm your pickup time with you before the tour.
• Please make sure the names, contact details, number of travellers and pickup hotel you give us are correct.
• All tours are subject to availability on the date you choose.

• Prices are shown on each tour page. Prices shown in currencies other than euros are approximate conversions for your information.
• After you reserve, you choose how to pay: online on the secure hosted checkout of our payment provider, XPay, using the payment methods it offers, either the full amount or a 50% deposit; or in cash at the beginning of the trip. After a deposit, the remaining amount is paid at the beginning of the trip. Card details are entered on XPay's page, never on this website. If you don't pay online, how and when to pay is agreed with our team when your booking is confirmed.
• The tour page shows what is included in the price and what is not.

• Cancellation and refund terms depend on the cancellation policy that applies to each specific tour. Where a tour has a cancellation policy, it is shown on the tour page, and the terms for your booking are communicated to you before or when your booking is confirmed.
• To change or cancel a booking, contact us with your booking number by email or phone.
• If a tour has to be changed or cancelled, for example because of weather, sea conditions or a decision by the authorities, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the options available under that tour's policy.

• Be ready at your hotel at the confirmed pickup time. If you miss the pickup, we may not be able to wait.
• Bring what the tour page asks for, such as a passport for trips that pass security checkpoints, and swimwear for sea trips.
• Make sure the activity suits your health and fitness, and tell us about any medical conditions or special needs when you book. Some activities, such as snorkeling, require basic swimming ability.
• Follow the instructions of your guide, captain or driver, especially safety instructions.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for the children travelling with them.
• Take care of your personal belongings during the tour.

• Itineraries, timings and stops may change because of weather, sea or traffic conditions, site closures or instructions from the authorities. When that happens we will do our best to offer a similar experience.
• Sightings of wildlife, such as dolphins, cannot be guaranteed.
• Photos on the website show the destinations and activities; conditions on the day may differ.

Some tours are run together with local partners, such as boat, safari and transport operators. We take reasonable care in arranging every tour. We are not responsible for delays, changes or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as weather, strikes, closures or decisions by the authorities, or for the loss of personal belongings. We recommend that you have travel insurance.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that cannot be excluded.

Reviews are checked before they are published. Please use the website only for genuine bookings and enquiries. Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you make your booking applies to that booking.
